PDS “ Power Diagnostic Service” is a leader in providing innovative electrical testing solutions for medium and high voltage power systems. We specialize in partial discharge measurement and other diagnostic services to ensure the reliability and safety of electrical installations.

1) Host a program and plan strategy to initiate the HSD (High Speed Digital Test) rental business, such as High-end oscilloscope, BERT for USB3.X, PCIe, SATA, DisplayPort, etc.,2) Responsible for the new HSD business development. 3) To be technical consultant and cross-work with Sales teams to make right actions and proposal to penetrate the HSD market.4) Daily, Weekly sales activities including cold call, visiting and pre-sale and post-service.

1) As AE team leader to manage the routine technique support and service of HSD (High Speed Digital) applications (USB, PCIe, SATA, DDR, Ethernet, HDMI, DisplayPort, Thunderbolt, etc.,) and RF (WLAN, Zigbee, RFID) on Tektronix and Keysight instruments, including pre-sale and post-service. 2) Co-work closely with sales representative to plan the strategy for product promotion to reach business target.3) Manage the customer satisfaction and assess the performance for engineer to sure right on rail operation and good customer service.4) Marketing activities support to exposure and promote Tektronix solution and expend the business.5) Periodically meeting with Tektronix expert for technical issues feedback and discussion to robust the product service.

1) Marketing analysis and define the new product position on the market. 2) Coordinate RD, sales and marketing, manufacturing, QA, customer service resources to grow the product line sales. 3) Program the progress of new instruments on-boarding schedule.4) Provide product marketing related documents, including e-DM, whitepaper, datasheet, demo kit and media advertising.5) To be Global technical contact and support window for spectrum and oscilloscope.

1) Dedicated engineer on wireless applications for technical support and customer service.2) Strong knowledge and experience in Wireless and Telecommunications industry, 802.11 standards (IEEE 488.2 a/b/g/n), 3GPP/3GPP2 family standard (GSM, GPRS, EDGE, WCDMA/cdma 2000, LTE), Bluetooth etc.3) Expertise in physical layer test using test and measurement equipment (Agilent E5515C 8960 One-Box testers, spectrum analysers, signal generators, vector signal analysers, etc.,) to its mapping applications.4) 5 years+ project management: Mobile handset (GSM/WCDMA) test system (GS-8000 and GS-8800) development and technical support for R&D and product line in Taiwan, China.5) Versatile in wireless protocol, connectivity, systems and communications test.6) Provide technical support/troubleshooting/debug with customers such as test flow architecture and optimization, technical consultant and products training.7) Experience and knowledge with programming/scripting languages including Visual Basic, C, C++, and VEE for use in measurement instruments automation.8) Strong in customer engagement experience on pre-sales and post-sales activities includes, product presentation and demonstration, technical training, on-site troubleshoot, optimize testing flow and marketing activities.9) Instructor of wireless technology of Agilent Education Center.10) Driving product improvements by bringing customer input into Agilent R&D.
