My responsibilities include but not limited to the following;• Solution design1) Collect user’s demands, analyze their business needs and provide technical guidance and solutions to meet their needs;2) Ensure that the solution design meets all relevant standards, regulations, and recommendations as well as company policies;3) Assist in solution presentation, propose the solutions to users;4) Organize project team by determining project team structure and interfaces. Work closely with demand team and internal planning build team in the successfully implementing the solution, and delivering the designed solution to end user in requested time and quality;5) Act as an IT infrastructure architecture to support projects in hosting in data center and comply with company’s security and audit request;6) Establish and document project activities and schedules, make every phase and task are easy for management and reportable, take quick and proper actions if unexpected delays occur;7) Deeply understand system topology to better cooperate with run team to identify and resolve issues. Sometimes I will gather other project vendor, end user and relevant run team in a conversation to do a live test to resolve issues;8) Develop an implementation and verification plan. At the final stage of a project, this test plan will ensure that the project has come to completion and is ready for handover;• on-going support and operation 1) Act as a service owner and cooperate with other venders and run teams to maintain servers and services are running fine;2) Document and analyze change requests, in order to minimize the number and impact of any related changes upon service, any change must be recorded;3) help with network resource application, in order to meet new business requisition, I will apply new resources and then deploy them to existing environment;

Responsibility: Coordinate CEC related departments and external stakeholder making project go smoothly Manage impact of changes to the project especially scope expanding Deliver weekly, monthly and annual management report to stakeholder Escalate project risks to CEC and customer respectively and also find solutions to risksDelivery all project components in requested time and quality Manage customer relationship and customer requirementManage and appraise CEC outsourcing vendersPersonal achievement:Coordinate with customer to build a network to support their businessProject accomplishes on time and customer has high satisfaction with CEC service
