    *Sustained California Instrument brand and AMREL brand products engineering activities. *Designed deviated models with modified harness, circuit, PCBA, firmware, BOMs, specification, manual addendum, assembly documents, test procedures, labels for non-catalog sales orders. *Designed 9600L model and passed shock/vibration test, a programmable AC source with single phase output up to 1700Vac 9600VA specifically for petroleum fracking application. *Designed and released PD series product line, over 30 models. Single channel output from 60W to 2000W and up to 8 channel output in a 4U full rack. *Developed a Digital Fault Monitor Kit as a critical feature for RS series. The kit included a rear panel channel switch and a fault detection board that set up multiple fault conditions to monitor and communicate each status to the main controller using I²C bus. This critical feature allowed user to query status of added fault conditions and optimized system safety as already demanded from multiple key customers. *Reengineered RS series Amplifier from component to chassis aspects, that reduced total MLO cost by at 30% per unit. Passed EN55011 radiated and conducted emission test at TUV lab. *Performed onsite engineering activities to resolve escalated technical problems from key customers such as Lockheed Martin, Delphi, Raytheon, LGE, VEECO, TSMC and more. This have secured repeat orders from key customers. *Engineering support for critical, obsoleted or long lead time electronic components by providing design verified sustainable solution.
