Though my career trajectory may seem chaotic, I'm driven by an endless energy to learn and positively contribute to organizations I'm involved in. I am passionate about using clear, analytical thinking to arrive at reasonable recommendations for key stakeholders, even in the face of imperfect data. In my most recent role as a business analyst at CarMax, I've created a data bridge in SQL to connect phone call data to customer progression information, created a Monthly Business Review for a team of call center associates, and revised the financial model to estimate the benefits derived from strategic initiatives, among others.What I seek in anything I do is growth both personally but also in the areas of work that I am a part of. Life is full of learning opportunities, so I hope to constantly be challenged, whether that’s finding solutions in the face of ambiguity or finding better ways to communicate messages across a wide range of audiences, I seek opportunities that will help me grow and allow me to make an impact.Beyond the professional sphere, I enjoy playing the piano, meditating, hanging out with friends, and participating in practically any sport. I’ve learned that writing has also become a meditative process for me. I’m currently working on an anthology and a memoir to reflect deeply on my own experience and better understand myself.My motivation comes from a quote by Lu Xun: “时间就像海绵里的水。只要你愿意挤，总还是有的。" ("Time is like the water in a sponge. If you squeeze hard enough, there is more.") I graduated from Princeton University with a degree and Public and International Affairs and am currently attending Columbia Law School.
