-Make innovative products development strategy for different therapeutic areas including cadiovascular, diabetes, metabolic (e.g. NASH), central nervous system, respirstory, immonology, and oncology. -Currently devoted to lung cancer and hematology cancer products development as Lead PM and bringing Chinese patients to access innovative therapies as early as possible.-Currently responsible for project development system setup and maintainance and other PMO work to meet business need.-Being interested in focused Portfolio management/PMO to support company strategy direction.

Since 2007, cumulative end to end Data Management experience including technical deliverables development and project management. Involved in both global trials and local trials across Phase I to Phase IV for different therapy area. Not only lead team to perform DM project for several in house trials, but also have many project management experience for trials outsourced to global or local CROs. As a key member of Product Development Team, develop product strategy in China together with reps from other functional teams.Possess certificate of CCDM and CPM (Certified Project Manager).SCDM membership.
