He is currently the Director of Global information Security/CISO for Novelis, an $15BillionUSD manufacturing company owned by the Aditya Birla Group. At Novelis, Andy leads a global team that delivers quality and innovative security outcomes aligned to business objectives within risk appetite. His regular Board Committee reporting demonstrates these outcomes through metrics and risk reduction. A significant scope within Andy’s role is overseeing and delivering global manufacturing (Operational Technology (OT)) security outcomes while at the same time ensuring production OT availability and business continuity. Also in this role, he has inherited responsibility for privacy and is driving strategies to address global privacy concerns. Other key areas of responsibility include security strategy and architecture, risk management, security operations, operational security (OT), and digital security initiatives.
