At Opinions.FYI we invent digital social media platform, which can prevent attention catching and opinion manipulation by design.The impact of digital social media on our daily lives and the humankind in general is seriously underestimated. As with climate change, these effects are becoming visible over time.

As CEO of Impactful, I lead our mission to transform businesses through advanced impact modeling technology and consulting services. My responsibilities span general company development, management, fundraising, and strategic partnerships.

We created Philtech Initiative to design new vision and tools for modern non-profit organizations and social ventures to tackle global problems. We believe in a great potential of technologies, transparency and new management models for social enterprises.

Kontur is a software development provider company in disaster management systems area with a long story and significant experience. They asked my to create a vision of what modern technology can change in such a critical and at the same time conservative industry. My goal was to get an overview of how this works today and what new products can be built to make a next step.

Global City Hackathon is a 6-month program for city authorities to establish connections and empower collaboration with in-city business and technological startups. It was designed within a Global Future Council on Russia working group of Global Economic Forum. It includes a series of consulting and collaboration sessions, profiling a city, defining and prioritizing problems, creating an experts, business and developers community, conducting a hackathon (creating prototypes of tech solutions for city problems), and supporting negotiations between teams and city authorities to integrate solutions.Responsibility:Designed the program as a whole. Designed and then worked with technology teams from meeting with representatives of the city and public organizations, through the joint formulation of urban problems and requirements for their solutions, to the presentation of working prototypes of technological solutions.Achievements: • supervision by a Minister of Economic Development of Russian Federation, Maxim Oreshkin; • piloting through a direct invitation of a Nizhny Novgorod governor Gleb Nikitin; • participation of experts from leading municipalities in Europe: Lion, Amsterdam, Barcelona; • after the program, 5 thematic working groups were created in the city, which were led by participants in the hackathon; • several teams was invited to provide services for a city.

I mainly worked on the conceptual part of the product. When started, I spent more time organizing the interaction between the business development team, designers and engineers. Then, moved more and more to product hypotheses, experiments on testing them, marketing and designing product functionality. During this work my key responsibilities were: • codexes and documents on product • technical specifications • use cases and scenarios • inner business processes (how we deliver product in time) • running cross-teams interactions to make the process goes smoothlyInner processes: • how do we track (choosing and tuning tracking tools) • how do we communicate (make our chats and video-calls light and powerful) • how do we build and ship flawless products (interaction process between product, design and development teams)Planning: • investigate the basic planning process: values -> strategic goals -> roadmap • operating planning: ideas -> versions -> workload and time budgeting • mix planning and creativity in a friendly, light and powerful visual tool

In February 2017 I started as a management consultant for one of three Foundation’s department: Programme of Nonprofit Sector Development (two other was Education and Entrepreneurship). After 6 months of clarifying mission, goals and KPIs we finally came to an idea of Philtech. Philtech is a new approach to creating and managing sustainable and efficient global purpose-driven organizations. From Sept to Dec 2017 I took part in a small 4-people HQ-team to develop the whole concept and strategy. In Dec 2017 Philtech was accepted as a general strategy for Rybakov Foundation (Рыбаков Фонд).My role and responsibility here is: ∙ general Philtech concept (co-author of the initial papers) ∙ Philtech Initiative strategy ∙ Philtech infrastructure design ∙ product strategy / product line design ∙ personal CEO advising ∙ key partners negotiations (especially for international development)In October 2018 core team of Philtech left Rybakov Foundation to continue develop Philtech independently. It was a planned exit according to the initial Philtech concept.

We’ve founded Smipon in an effort to make Kicksterter available in Russia. That time it was unable for Russians to run a campaign on Kickstarter, so we created a local analog. First on a market. And pioneered the whole crowdfunding culture and market in Russia.
