As Chief Executive of K-RISMA FILKOM UB, a student research group at FILKOM UB, I was responsible for leading and managing the organization throughout the entire year of 2022. My role allowed me to utilize my skills in communication, human resource management, and project management, among others, to drive the group's success. During my tenure, I was able to achieve several milestones, including 100% participation in K-RISMA CERDAS, a research skills bootcamp, the initiation of Reppository Litbang and TOREM as a journal of research in computer technology, and a 134% increase in participation in CODE K-RISMA 2022, a national essay competition. Despite encountering challenges related to the transition from WFA to WFO scheme, I was able to navigate through them and maintain the momentum of the organization. Overall, my experience as Chief Executive of K-RISMA FILKOM UB has been a rewarding and fulfilling experience that has allowed me to grow both personally and professionally.
