As former President of Ansira, an independent, global marketing technology and services firm, I drove all aspects of go-to-market including overall strategic marketing efforts, communications, client partnership, and business development. I have experience with top brands spanning industries including automotive, CPG, retail, restaurants, hospitality, healthcare, and technology. I want people, and ideas, to succeed - and I create a culture where that can happen. I believe every member of the team adds value and that diversity of perspectives results in the most elegant solutions. My leadership is built on having great people at every level, and then trusting that they will do the job they were hired to do. While I provide input and ground every project in the reality of what can be executed, I do not micromanage because I believe that kills individual initiative, creativity, and engagement. I have been called visionary and innovative in creating marketing solutions. Here is an example: Acura came to us to address poor sales traction among luxury car buyers. My solution was to arrange a partnership with W Hotels. Each W hotel in the United States and Canada received two Acura cars with chauffeurs that were available to drive W guests at no charge. This exposed the right kind of people to this outstanding brand. The result was 1million guests riding in the vehicles and 20,000 cars sold. This particular strategy was subsequently written about in two marketing textbooks.But I'm not all about marketing. Across several customer-facing leadership positions I've held, I've been intimately involved in multiple mergers and acquisitions and have been part of the management team that have successfully negotiated the sale of Ansira four times. I am adept at developing new business and nurturing long-standing client relationships.
