• Architect, supervise and participate in the implementation of technologies and platforms supporting a complex corporate data and voice infrastructure.
• Serve as one of the primary points of contact for telecommunication carriers and service providers and coordinate circuit design, provisioning, installation and troubleshooting.
• Assist with planning and implementing systems and network integrations following M&A activity.
• Document the design, operation and troubleshooting of technology platforms and procedures.
• Ensure high availability of enterprise voice and data platforms that support internal employee business functions and external customer contact.
• Troubleshoot and remediate issues impacting the operation of clients’ corporate voice and data infrastructure.

• Setting up IT network at the headquarters and branches and ensuring inter-branch connectivity
• Banking application installation, implementation and training (LFS MBS from LFS Consulting)
• Team member, bank products development
• Database and mail server administration
• Ensure the running of all communication infrastructure of the bank
• Daily running of business EOD (End-of-Day) and monthly running of business EOM (End of Month)

• Network Deployment, Administration (LAN/WAN) and troubleshooting/System Management
• Deployment of VOE Radio Internet Communication
• Structured cabling (data, voice, UPS)
• Maintenance, repair and tuning of software applications
• Maintenance, upgrading and repairs of communication computers like BAUMUELLER, SIEMENS, DELL, IBM, etc
• Project management, site survey, preparation of Bills of Quantity (BoQs) and conduct of feasibility studies
