Worked as part of a team of engineers deploying Win 10 machines at 3 Hospital sites Wythenshawe, Withington and St Marys. Aprox 4000 Win 7 PC’s were identified for being swapped, a relatively short space of time to fulfill this remit and working through the Coronavirus Pandemic made for a challenging time. PC’s were imaged prior to deployment then swapped at location adding printers and checking AD Groups for software was necessary to complete the install process. Also providing a first line support for users, then escalating if time constraints prevented a resolution.

Worked as part of a small team of engineers on a Windows 10 rollout project. Replacing and upgrading PCs at doctors surgeries throughout Manchester and the wider Greater Manchester area. All PCs upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10 by way of re-imaging onsite and base unit replacement. Full configuration needed on all upgraded PCs including all clinical software re-installed, configured & tested and printers setup. Floor walking was done to assist with any issues.
