As EY Global Managing Partner – Client Service, I lead the execution of our global strategy. In this capacity, I have overall responsibility for our three geographic areas and four service lines so that our 200,000 client servers can provide exceptional service wherever EY clients do business. Previously, I was the EY Area Managing Partner – EMEIA. In this role, I brought greater integration across EMEIA, strengthened the focus on sector, accelerated the build-out of new EY offerings and was focused on preparing for the future of work. Since joining EY in 1993, I have served many of the largest EY clients. My experience spans the financial services industry, particularly in the European market and insurance industry. I've also led many technology-enabled business transformations, post-merger integrations and organizational restructurings. I have an MBA in Finance and Strategy from Cranfield University in the UK, as well as professional qualifications in marketing and risk from the Chartered Institute of Marketing and Chartered Insurance Institute.I am a strong advocate of gender equality and continue to take steps to address gender balance at EY and beyond. I also support the EY UK Foundation program, Smart Futures, which offers paid work experience and mentoring to young London students from underprivileged areas with the aim of improving their chances of securing employment in the city.
