As Managing Director, my responsibility is for heading a great team here. Combining our technical and practical knowledge for all things print-related, our dedication to delivering on print and brand management means that we’re widely recognised as the first choice in many industries. We offer a complete range of print and brand management services, including bespoke packaging, large format print & exhibition services, promotional merchandise, media production, fulfilment & logistic solutions. We work with an extensive variety of organisations including automotive, creative agencies, education, medical, leisure, pharmaceutical, retail, leisure, and marketing & creative agencies.

Responsible for running the sales team, committed to delivering results, and ensuring clients’ needs were successfully met. As a board member with a shareholding, worked closely with Managing Director; contributing to the future plans of the business.

Having initially started as an apprentice in the print finishing department factory floor, this is where my passion and commitment to print started. Completing my City and Guilds in print finishing, I soon moved on to join the estimating department. Here, my responsibility for estimating for a 6-strong sales team gave me the crucial knowledge that would prepare me for my future career. The role also involved completing monthly business figures and reports. Afterwards, a purchasing role in conjunction with estimating gave me the opportunity to manage the company approved supplier list and all purchasing processes.The next part of this journey was in the role of Client Services Manager; supporting the 15 members of the Client Services team. Following this, a move into sales saw me start a new role as Sales Manager, and finally Account Director. This opportunity to support the Basingstoke Press’ major accounts also gave me invaluable insight into print management for our clients, in addition to assisting the board in decision making for the future running of the business.
