Having graduated with a degree in Film, TV & Radio, I started my career in banking and then moving into catering. I moved into recruitment 10 years ago which has absolutely flown by!I've covered a number of sectors of the course of my time in recruitment including temp, contract and perm but the most recent and enjoyable has been in Beauty, Personal Care, Well-Being and Ingredients. In my most recent role, I headed up the Manchester of D R Newitt and grew the team to a team of 21 which included Managers and Consultants. Roles we recruited for included Sales & Marketing, New Product Development, Operations, Technical Packaging, Supply Chain as well as Senior Level C-SUITE. My dream has always been to start my own business and now putting this dream into action with a great friend and colleague Gary Laverty. Gary and I bring a lot of experience and from all we've learned over the years and our business will provide an honest, friendly and streamlined service to all of our clients and candidates.
