During my time at RPI, I served as an ambassador to the Infor community. Helping to amplify RPI’s connections and influence in the industry through both social media and in person interactions. I also managed various administrative duties at our office to keep things running smoothly. Such as keeping things organized, providing support to our sales & delivery teams wherever it was needed, and assisting with marketing activities.My role emphasized meticulous organization and adaptability, enabling me to contribute effectively across different areas, including assisting with building projects, managing calendars, learning new systems, data entry, data imports/exports, and finally assisting the IT help desk.
