All services are delivered nationally from our Manchester, Bury and Stoke on Trent offices.As Director for our Manchester and Bury office I have wide responsibilities for managing client delivery and the internal mechanisms that produce outstanding service. I always felt suited to a process-driven field like quantity surveying, but as I've progressed in my career I've unleashed some (previously buried) creativity and a desire to get the best from myself and others. I relish the variety in my work. No two jobs are the same, but you see familiar patterns which helps you make sense of complex situations. That's where experience comes in, and there's a tremendous amount of accumulated experience at Poole Dick. If I could bring about one change in this industry, it would be to see more collaboration and communication between all parties in the chain.
