As a Sr. Legal Operations Specialist at JELD-WEN, a leading global manufacturer of windows and doors, I leverage my experience as a Paralegal and my education in Paralegal Studies to deliver high-quality legal support and solutions. My experience is supported by a BA in Paralegal Studies from Regent University, a Certificate in Paralegal Studies from Clayton State University, and continuous legal education and other relevant courses and trainings. My core competencies include legal research, contract management, litigation support, compliance support, invoice processes, outside counsel management, and project management. I am passionate about improving the efficiency and effectiveness of legal services and processes, and I have contributed to several initiatives that have saved time, money, and resources for the legal department and the company. As a co-leader of an ERG, I lead a team of professionals dedicated to diversity, equity and inclusion. Further, I am an advocate for community enhancement, development and outreach, including serving on Mecklenburg County Advisory Boards.
