IBM Tivoli Netcool Specialist

NRJ are primarily an Enterprise and Network Management consultancy. They are resellers for IBM, Computer Associates and Microsoft, amongst others. I have developed my knowledge of Enterprise, Network and Security Management, initially with the Unicenter TNG product range from Computer Associates then latterly with the Tivoli/Netcool offering of IBM (formerly Micromuse).

• Implementation of Computer Associates "Unicenter TNG" products, primarily the Software Delivery and Asset Management Options.• Provision of consultancy advice on all aspects of Information Technology.• Bespoke software development and customisation in the “Seachange” development environment.• Installation of networking hardware and software.
