I had the honor of leading a team of amazing, innovative and inspired educators, hell-bent on changing the world by supporting our network of 76 schools and 70,000 students. Over the years, we have implemented 6 network-wide systems, impacting over 200K employees, students, parents, and community members.• Designed the company’s first strategic innovation model, successfully implementing over 50 new solutions in 76 schools with a total user base of 200,000+. The solutions, 2 internally developed and 48+ licensed, were directly aligned to the company’s strategic goals, leading to the achievement of our 5-year strategic targets.• Led product development of Launchpad and Performix, including training and transition to agile practices, as well as the transition from engineering to design-led development. The products are used by over 10,000 users across the organization and are responsible for the teacher evaluation process, account provisioning, and security authorization; saving thousands of work-hours by automating manual and paper-based processes.• Redeveloped the business model for the Connex12 business unit resulting in a record net profit of $2.5 million, with $5 million gross annual revenue, leading to investments in our proprietary products; Performix and Launchpad.• Led the company-wide transformation process, coordinating the executive team and over 80 strategic stakeholders across the company, creating alignment across the enterprise and transforming the way we operate as a company. The project resulted in 4 new business units, faster and more effective support to our customers, and a 20% increase in net revenue.• Played a key role in the development and management of a new learning management system (Connex12) to increase organizational efficiency; collaborating with key stakeholders across the organization to develop goals that were aligned to the needs of the organization

As a project manager, I have the opportunity to help my team manage and track projects that ultimately lead to more effective and engaging instruction for the students we serve.During my time on the team, I have enjoyed most the ability to implement innovation in our project management processes, adopting the agile philosophy, which has helped us effectively meet deadlines and keep our stakeholders continually involved and informed.• Led curriculum mapping, standards grouping, and site visit projects, successfully training and monitoring staff at 44 schools in five states.• Led the educational research and design for demonstration school, Governors Charter Academy, to increase innovation efforts.• Skillfully developed and led the training program responsible for onboarding more than 2,800 teachers.• Utilized extensive project management skills to create, organize and manage the data chat process with company schools after each benchmark and state test, playing a key role in training school leaders on reading data and putting together and executing an action plan for covering deficiencies.• Served as the education liaison to the software development team, effectively communicating stakeholder requirements and managing priorities.• Successfully created and executed the training program responsible for onboarding more than 600 new teachers in 2011.

• Successfully developed and supervised Six Mile Charter Academy’s first science fair, science club and student government.• Effectively implemented PowerTeaching in the middle school, resulting in a 55% reduction in referrals and a 70% reduction in suspensions.
