Current- Manage over 25 employees in the electrical department including 4 project managers
- Complete employee evaluations to recognize positive performance and share areas of growth
- Develop a yearly budget and business plan
- Estimate commercial and industrial electrical and mechanical jobs ranging from $1,000 to $10 million by designing, budgeting, estimating, and ultimately overseeing the project
- Perform monthly safety inspections, train employees on safety protocols, and promote a safe work environment
- Foster on-going customer relationships by ensuring excellent performance
