There was an opportunity to automate the function and to deploy the Risk-based Audit (RBA) methodology. Accomplishments• Using my significant knowledge base, I contributed to the setup and roll-out of a new methodology based on RBA. I produced a strategic register with PwC to serve as the basis for all future risk-based audits.• Volunteered to champion the successful deployment of the automated audit solution (TeamMate) by ensuring that all phases of the audit – planning, execution, reporting, and follow-up are conducted in the system.• Provided training for new staff and business units on the usage of the software.• As a result of using the RBA and the automated auditing tool, more efficient and value-adding audit reports were produced significantly improving and the process.
