Directed supported eight Cardinal Health supply chain executives as their strategic learning business partner. My Learning & IDD team supported the training and development needs for the global supply chain businesses of Cardinal Health including 50+ distribution centers, 30 manufacturing facilities, 3PL, logistics, procurement, EHS and operational excellence. Projects included learning programs to support upskilling & reskilling management & individual contributors, system and technology upgrades, and hourly basic skills & onboarding.• Developed and implemented training program to support launch of new pharmaceutical distribution WMS system for 20 distribution centers and over 2000 employees for the largest Cardinal Health business unit

Led teams dedicated to developing internal talent. One global, virtual team facilitated leadership development training and programs throughout the organization, with both virtual and in-person facilitation. A second team managed three separate high potential development programs (Manager, Director, Vice President) dedicated to preparing those identified in our talent process for their next leadership role. This team also managed a three-year rotational program for recent college graduates that included approximately 125 people in various functional roles in the company. Directly provided coaching and mentoring to leadership through 360 assessments, mentoring, and development assessments such as Hogan and Strengths Finder. • Our high potential manager program achieved 90% lateral or promotional movement within the organization.
