- Responsible for the global procurement and delivery of all projects' equipments (shelving, conveyor, bins, etc.) including commercial, R&D, and after-sales service requirements.- Coordinate and communicate to handle exceptions during the production, quality inspection, logistics, transportation, and installation phases of the delivery process.- Manage communication with global regional teams (Asia Pacific, USA, Europe, Australia, etc.) to resolve supply chain emergencies and ensure delivery status.- Drive the standardization of operational processes and information systems within the company's supply chain (OA, SAP SD/MM module, MRP, SRM).- Oversees management, goal setting, motivation, performance, and training.- Manage key clients including SHEIN, JD.com, LYNK&CO, Anta, QiaoDan, SF Express, Sundan, Philips, Winit, BEST, etc.

Includes drafting delivery schedules, production plans, material inventory control, and procurement plans.- Ensure production-sales balance, supervise and implement delivery plans, aiming to complete customer orders on time with high quality.- Coordinate factory capacity planning comprehensively, maximize utilization while ensuring factors such as manpower, machinery, and environmental regulations are met. Develop finished/semi-finished product production plans, maintain reasonable safety stock, and reduce inventory costs.- Manage the entire process of raw material control, leading forecasts, material preparation plans, and inbound material plans.
