As the Head of eRetail I'm responsible for the EU marketplaces business unit, I oversee operations across key platforms, including Amazon, Cdiscount, and bol.com. I develop and execute high-level strategies and Go-to-Market (GTM) plans to optimize our presence and performance within these marketplaces. My focus is on continually enhancing and optimizing paid search campaigns to drive sales and bolster brand awareness. I maintain and grow strategic relationships with partners to stay abreast of new features and opportunities. Additionally, I oversee API integration to ensure seamless order processing across multiple channels. Leveraging insights from Power BI, Adobe Analytics, and customer reports, I make data-driven decisions that steer the strategic direction of our eRetail initiatives.

Responsible for managing web and warehouse staff of 10-12 employees. Ensured all online orders were shipped out promptly with a high degree of accuracy. Fostered productive relationships with outdoor vendors and distributors. Assisted in the integration of Amazon to company's website and significant increase of sales. Other duties included conducting interviews,inventory management, and customer service.

Currently working towards a M.S. in Environmental Science and Engineering. My focus is on the quality of natural waters as well as organic and inorganic contaminants.

Collected and ran statistics on patient data regarding a procedure they had done at our clinic.
