Capacitas provide cloud consultancy services for companies wanting to understand performance, scale and cost in their cloud estates. In my non-executive role I have help Capacitas grow, develop its offering and mature its organisation to better meet the needs of its customers.

Responsible for Customer Experience, Marketing, Technology and Data across The Collective. Working with my awesome team to create an outstanding brand, brilliant experience in our properties underpinned by insights and action orientated data and technology.

The Collective are creating co-living buildings designed to connect and inspire our members, through shared spaces and experiences.

Responsible for Digital, Architecture, Strategy and Business Delivery across Whitbread covering Premier Inn and our many Restaurant brands (previously included Costa Coffee until the sale to Coke). I led a talented team modernising a 275 year old business, optimising £1.5bn of online sales and bringing innovation and new levels of interaction to 50m customers annually. Number one hotel in the UK and expanding into Europe.

Helping Virgin Active achieve it's ambition of becoming the "World's most loved health club" by leading IT functions across the seven countries on a transformational journey to providing industry leading IT solutions to our customers, members and our staff. As CIO and a member of the company executive, I am driving an agenda of change that will see Virgin Active renowned for innovation, product leadership and customer service. It's a great ride in a growing sector that is full of opportunity.

My role spanned Software Development, Quality & Testing, Enterprise Architecture, Business Intelligence and SharePoint solutions. This included delivering all bespoke software solutions for easyJet.com, easyJet mobile apps, reservation systems, and airports systems along with the providing the strategic technology planning and governance across all of IT.I delivered these solutions to one of the largest and most successful airlines in Europe that provides an industry leading website to more than 60 million passengers every year.
