That said, we cannot and will not rest on our laurels, we are constantly investing in new ways to support the management of our customer base, and we will constantly change and adapt to ensure our customers achieve maximum value from their investment in BlackLine.After 4 years of establishing and leading Account Management for the EMEA region, I am delighted to move to a new global role in BlackLine, reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer and responsible for driving and delivering change across the Account Management teams in all regions, ensuring best practices are replicated globally in accordance with the AMO playbook, my role will also drive a significant change agenda that builds improvements into the Account Management function at all levels. My role will act as CRO representation between sales and supporting departments, particularly working with the customer success team in delivering joint change.
