My expertise is in assessing the transportation effects of new developments under the Resource Management Act, from initial feasibility studies to preparing reports to accompany the application and as needed, presenting expert evidence to Council Hearings and the Environment Court. I've provided advice for projects ranging from small subdivisions and commercial sites, to major multi-disciplinary and high profile resource consents and plan changes.
