Andy has more than 30 years’ experience in the ICT industry. Beginning as a hands-on technical engineer, through Operations to Managed Service Senior Leader and Service Consultant. He has a strong understanding of contemporary ICT environment, Supporting Infrastructure, Support Models, Resourcing, and deployment methodologies including Service Desk management and the utilisation of data analysis techniques to drive service improvement. Andy is a highly motivated, and a passionate self-starter, He is an “outside the box” thinker, excellent communicator, positive, energetic, and enthusiastic, constantly demonstrating the abilities to adapt, learn, instruct, and lead others to successful outcomes. He has an open and honest win-win approach, to collating and presenting, while building strong internal and external relationships.
