Andy has more than 30 years’ experience in the ICT industry. Beginning as a hands-on technical engineer, through Operations to Managed Service Senior Leader and Service Consultant. He can leverage this extensive experience to identify and resolve Service issues early, saving time and effort in complex deployments. His experience extends from hands on technical support, through Field Services, Service Desk Operations, Project, Service Delivery, and Cross Geography Operations management. A problem solver and change leader with a history of successful development and deployment of Service Management, improvement and optimisation strategies, Andy is passionate about the quality of service outcomes, customer experience and maximising the efficiency of service delivery.He is highly experienced in the development and application of ITIL aligned processes to IT Service Delivery and skilled at optimising Commercial outcomes, through contract interpretation, negotiation, and management. He has a strong understanding of contemporary ICT environment, Supporting Infrastructure, Support Models, Resourcing, and deployment methodologies including Service Desk management and the utilisation of data analysis techniques to drive service improvement.
