I am responsible for working directly with end users, and our network of value added resellers, to architect and provide the ShoreTel solution that best meets the client's needs. The area that I cover in this role geographically is Indiana and Kentucky.

My role is to work with our large regional and national partners within Indiana and Southern Ohio to drive towards set revenue goals while maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction. My day to day responsibilities are to perform product demonstrations, channel management activities, and to be a local direct line in to the manufacturer.

The first tenet of my role was to drive revenue across a geographic territory, through our network of value added resellers, for enterprise products and services. Additionally I managed a sub-set of larger named accounts from a headquarters perspective. This required both a local and global mindset, as well as, taking an ecclectic approach to working with the various market segments that I contacted daily.

I was responsible for managing 11 direct touch strategic accounts that are headquartered in this marketplace. Building and managing relationships, customer satisfaction, end user pull demand, and revenue generation were the cornerstones of my job description.

In this capacity I worked with our major distribution partners as their local point of contact. My responsibilities included product training, marketing updates, and to be a technical resource. This role was also customer facing as a representative of the manufacturer for sales efforts and issue resolution.

Telephone system and applications sales.

The responsibilites of this position were to set up and tear down the travelling on-stage production, including instruments, for theatrical and musical performances at clubs, amphitheaters, and stadiums. I also would work during performances either operating a spotlight, or assisting on stage as a deck hand.
