Full account management of a large property sector customer base, covering all of the UK and dealing at partner / director level; Acquiring, maintaining and developing business relationships and revenue opportunities across the company’s range of products and services being:• Estate agency software; Websites & services, (including bespoke responsive websites, mobile services & additional components); DNS / email services; Digital media marketing / search engine optimization; Brand / media design; Data feeds. • Key account manager for ‘Mayfair Office’ (an affinity group with a UK membership of c.300 estate agents). Acting as technical liaison between the members, Resource Techniques & the directors of Mayfair Office, including representation at regional & national meetings / conferences.• Administrative / financial management of customer accounts, including data analytics / reporting.• Management of sales processes in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
