Progressing open issues through the QMP Process from the initial input from dealers, customers, production etc, to containment, resolution and closure of the concern with VIN cut off. My position provides the interface between the "customer" and the problem owner, as well as all other affected parties. This is achieved with various Front Desk and Back Desk meetings, customer feedback, and ongoing analysis of Warranty and Service data. I'm also involved in new projects, from a problem reporting and review perspective.

Maintaining accreditation of AIP's TS16949 and ISO14001 accreditations, and constantly improving the company's PPM performance with OEM Automotive Customers.

I was employed at Mec Com in the position of Quality Engineer, reporting into the Quality Manager. My duties included liaising with Customers on new products and concern resolution, and working with production colleagues to achieve right first time supply.

I worked with key Automotive OEMs and 1st Tier Customers regarding Quality and Delivery PPM performance, Global 8D concern resolution and APQP activities. I also assisted in setting up an ISO9001:2000 system, as well as auditing the ISO14001 EMS. I became a 6sigma Green Belt at Lander Carlisle and participated in a number of successful improvement projects.
