In the UK we provide new and used truck, service support, parts, short-term hire and operator training.Service Sales Manager At Toyota I am responsible for; providing the right service agreements, Thorough Examinations and operator training for all makes of forklifts and warehouse trucks. My role involved working with internal teams to launch new products, manage training roadshows, plus provide on-site customer support and demonstrations. I was responsible for building customer relationships and developing new accounts.Area Team Service ManagerBT Rolatruc (Now part of Toyota Material Handling UK) Working within the aftersales division I was responsible for a team of on-site service engineers at large customer sites including; Homebase, Iceland Frozen Foods and WH Smiths within the Swindon area. My role involved managing the team, ensuring fleet maintenance was completed, managing customer site KPIs reports and presentations and providing technical support.
