I am highly motivated to design, deliver and evaluate L&D interventions that meet an organisation’s deeper long-term goals. I love being challenged to ensure that a blended learning intervention is fit-for-purpose and can be measured for its true efficacy.I have considerable experience working across commercial, government and non-profit sectors.
