Contract position at McAfee - Responsible for Product / Project management of McAfee LMS. Manage vendor NetExam (http://www.netexam.com) to implement McAfee specific change requests. Promote discovery sessions with internal clients, build functional requirements, technical requirements and UAT documents.

As eLearning PM I’m responsible for development of a new Global Multilanguage LMS and LCMS system as well as research and implement leading edge training technology such as Podcasting, Nano training, Employee Knowledge Base and Social Learning.At McAfee I’ve also worked as developer and PM of the B2C and B2B Web development team. Under my leadership the B2C application increased revenues from USD 200k year to USD 4.5 million / year in a 2 year period (2000%). The website localized in 7 languages became so efficient that Partners required its termination fearing loss of business. On the B2B app I managed to increase orders 700% to USD 250 million / year in a period of 3 years.

Analyst developer, I worked hands on developing eCommerce applications and mentoring other team members on architecture, coding and business alignment.

As a Developer I single-handed engineered an application that allowed Tavolo’s marketing team manage pricing and product attributes on a user-friendly manner. At Fininvest (acquired by Banco Itau), my main focus was the development of sales bonus calculation and 360 employee appraisal. I was an active business analyst, system architect, tech lead, QA manager, implementation logistics manager and apps training developer and instructor for the HR applications. I gave training seminars to managers and senior management, including the CEO.

As an IT consultant I developed client server and Web based decision support systems, sales control systems, multimedia applications, as well as provided user training and computer literature translation (English to Portuguese, 6 books published being 1 best seller). I’ve worked with several educational institutions developing Microsoft Product training programs. I developed the courses as well as supporting materials (printed materials and on-line examinations). I’ve delivered training as instructor for open classes and private classed where materials where tailored to the client or company needs.I’ve also developed several HR systems including the Interconnection Matching system, the first Brazilian (and one of the worlds first too) web based relationship matching system. Based on MBTI the system got national attention on printed news and TV. We managed to happily engage hundreds of couples.
