I founded Pre Compliance with a simple goal to make structural certifications for products more streamlined and predictable. Drawing from years of experience and working with some of the top equipment manufacturers in the world, Pre is able to offer a better experience to obtain HCAI OSP, IBC Seismic and Wind Certifications, shake table testing, and physical security certification to ballistics, vehicle impact, blast, and forced entry.

Since Tobolski Watkins Engineering and TRU Compliance joined forces with Structural Integrity Associates, I have led a team of engineering consultants that deliver innovative and cost-effective solutions to clients in highly regulated industries, such as healthcare, life sciences, nuclear power, and others. Our goal is to utilize the latest structural engineering technologies help our clients grow and sustain their businesses. Our TRU Compliance brand of seismic, wind, and blast certification of equipment is further strengthened by our merger with Structural Integrity and we continue to set the industry standard of quality in this area.

Acquired by Structural Integrity Associates in 2017. I helped multiple industries -- including healthcare, nuclear power, industrial processing, and government -- meet rigorous seismic, fire, hurricane, tornado, and explosion safety standards through innovative engineering methods.

As a protective design engineer, I helped protect critical structures from extreme loads such as blast, impact, and fire. I worked with teams all over the world on embassies, military facilities, long span bridges, nuclear power plants, and other high value assets.

I designed and built water systems, medical clinics, churches, conference centers, and disaster relief housing throughout Guatemala and Honduras.

I led the structural adaptive reuse of a tilt-up concrete office building being converted to light storage, including structural retrofit design, supplemental gravity load supports, and new standalone light gauge metal buildings.
