I’m fortunate to be part of a team that works every day to create healing environments for our communities. As an increasingly rare natural Dallas-ite (born and raised!), I can see the impact of our work up close. I’m proud of the team I have and the buildings they are bringing to life to keep us well.As a Director I’ve been able to create and all new in-house design and construction project management team from scratch. This includes hiring staff, creating management tools, evaluating processes, cross collaboration with other corporate groups, budgeting capital improvements, and removing obstacles to support my team. In 20 years of industry experience I’ve worked on every type of project representing $1.5 billion in development costs. I love to get things built, especially buildings with purpose and community value!
