I lead our practice in theology and culture, advancing redemptive entrepreneurship in the for-profit and nonprofit sectors alongside venture-oriented capital.

I helped the Foundation communicate its mission and priorities to grant recipients, funding partners, thought leaders, and the general public, including producing documentary video for the 2017 Templeton Prize.

Led the company's initiatives in "Culture, Diversity, and Innovation." Worked with editor Mark Galli to lead our editorial and design teams through a major redesign and turnaround. As executive producer of This Is Our City, created documentary video, reporting, essays, and events about Christians seeking the flourishing of their cities.

I was the executive producer of ROUND TRIP, a documentary curriculum on short-term missions, and helped launch the Global Conversation.

I directed the Christian Vision Project--asking "big questions" about culture, mission, and the gospel in the pages of our magazines and innovating in new forms of media and resources for church leaders.
