I am a professionally qualified Banker with 36 years experience in the Financial industry working within the Banking sector.My roles within Banking include Personal Banking Manager, Analyst and currently I am and Associate. My current role revolves around customer service and loan management, and I am described as a role model for client focus. I am known for my depth of knowledge both in previous roles and in my current role where I am the subject matter expert managing a specialised loan portfolio. On taking up this role around 10% of the loan book was regularly in breach. However, by analysing the issues I was able to implement a simple plan of process changes which have eliminated the technical breaches.I cycle to work and also regularly enjoy other sporting activities such as golf, swimming and walking.I am married and we have 2 teenage children who keep me constantly busy providing them with a taxi service.
