● Served as safety consultant for an existing customer commissioning their new NDC in West Yorkshire● Post contract wins, held accountability for Ireland, tasked with building a new site in Dublin● Secured a secondment to Gist BV business in the Netherlands to provide expert support for the expansion of the EU business, including the opening of Prague and Paris operations● Selected to undertake a secondment to a new start-up in Seattle, USA, targeted to perform due diligence and start-up of safety systems for a 1m sq. ft. distribution site serving North America & APAC regions for a global coffee chain● Directed all major incident investigations, including severe and fatal road traffic collisions within the UK, Ireland, and EU business areas. As lead investigator also acted as the interface with Linde AG in reporting such events to the parent Board● Managed all HAZOP change for process improvements with the aim of mitigating rollover of large goods vehicles, alternative vehicle fuels and deployment of DfT extra-long vehicle trials
