These services are delivered through Ignition’s integrated marketing application, C3.This market leading application allows users to monitor the marketing campaigns Ignition provide, while also enabling users to launch their own marketing activity (including emails, direct mail, telemarketing and online surveys) and track response rates. C3 also puts customers in control of their websites with its easy to use content management system.My aim in developing the C3 software has been to transform the way insurance brokers market themselves, making it quick and easy to promote their business through a variety of channels.My day-to-day role includes undertaking market and competitor research; managing customer support and training; gathering customer requirements; co-ordinating pre-launch testing; producing technical documentation and sales support material.Key achievements:• Initialised the build of the C3 application and successfully managed its ongoing development, sales and marketing.• Researched, planned and launched an entire portfolio of market leading marketing solutions.• Successfully managed high profile software projects for AXA Insurance including the AXA Broker Database CRM and email campaign application as well as AXA’s customer and staff suggestion application.
