As the CEO of I.K. Hofmann USA, I balance my time between organizational leadership, process improvement and client development. My specific responsibility is to direct I. K. Hofmann USA’s operations, including strategic planning, client development, and client consultancy. I focus on the development, refinement and implementation of our long-term business plan for the U.S. market including business development, resources and objectives. I direct the promotion of our temporary staffing services, our direct hire services as well as our workforce management solutions. Operationally, I direct financial reporting and compliance, oversee the maintenance of all professional and service relationships, direct our marketing efforts, manage our real estate portfolio, and develop business strategies to further enhance the growth and success of I. K. Hofmann USA. At I.K. Hofmann, USA we provide staffing and human resource services, Vendor Management and MSP Services to both domestic and international companies. Our services include temporary staffing, temporary to permanent placement, permanent placement, on-site administration, human resource management and workforce management.
