For 25 years, I supported ‘A list’ International talent with worldwide tours, honing superior skills in the areas of Logistics, Purchasing, Procurement, Project Management, Operational and Budget Efficiencies while ensuring large fanbases received the best fan experience when attending a live event.I have been responsible for critical decision making when it comes to monetary resources as it related to various tours worldwide. I have also been responsible for decisions as it relates to people management, shipping, logistics, travel requirements, safety and a variety of immigration processes. I’ve handed all aspects of worldwide shipping and logistics, along with the leadership of people (those part of the team and contract staff in each location) and operational budgets, which allowed me to immerse myself with the various business operations required to run successful and profitable tours.I’ve also been responsible for permanent crew members and contract crew members in each location I’ve travelled to, which required leading people with empathy, authentic engagement and exceptional communication skills. I am confident in my ability to coach, mentor and lead individuals as they grow both personally and professionally. I was consistently required to perform, achieve and excel at the highest of levels from the musical side of the business, as well as, the operational side, thereby allowing the musicians I supported to do the same for their fans. There was minimal room for error, and I pride myself on the levels to which I excelled in the execution of many moving parts on a daily basis.
