Conducted comprehensive labor market research on Dufferin County utilizing census data and statistical analysis to produce visualizations and written report summarizing economic and workforce landscape. Attended various networking events, meetings, and information sessions related to workforce and economic development initiatives in order to form connections and gather insights from employers, community partners, and other stakeholders. Represented organization at external meetings and events including the Making Cents of Abilities Coalition, the Job Developers Network, and local immigration partnership meetings.
