Providing support & insight into qualification developments, sector challenges and careers advice.Key pieces of work include:-• Management and Promotion of membership and quality assurance schemes in the UK and Internationally• Management of Employer-led Accreditation Board• Supporting attraction & retention into the visitor economy sector• Identify, develop and secure a pipeline of commercial opportunities for the People 1st International products and services including developing strong bids & proposals for funding opportunities • Project Management of a range of projects in the UK & internationally including customer service, visitor guide & digital business skills training• Development, management and promotion of bespoke solutions including eLearning / virtual training and careers maps Also a licensed trainer approved to deliver People 1st's WorldHost customer service training programmes

Alongside my role with People 1st I also sit on the board of trustees for the ITB Pension Fund

I work part time - usually behind the bar one or two evenings a week and running the pass in the kitchen on a Sunday afternoon ensuring food is delivered to the customers in a timely and well presented manner
