Most of my client service work focused on shaping customer service strategies, improving operating performance, and building institutional capabilities. From 2000 onwards, I founded and built the global Lean Management practice to help companies install management systems and strengthen management capabilities based on lean principles. This practice generated over $3 billion in cumulative revenues between 2013-2017. As a senior leader within the Firm, I led the initiative to modernize the Leadership Development Model used for all consultants globally from their first day through election to Partner. Also, I served on the global Partner Election Committee and championed new "whole person" leadership development programs for Partners.
