I led the development of a Social Enterprise Hub, managing a network of people and programmes across the university with the aim of enabling sustainable social change and delivering on a range of projects and activities with social impact.

I advised on the development, implementation, monitoring and reporting of the University’s People Strategy (Human Resources and Organisational Development) ensuring continuous improvement across all related areas, activities, policy development, external stakeholder engagement, union relations and staff and student experience.

I managed the development and implementation of the University’s Emergency Response and Business Continuity Planning (BCP) strategy and associated training and exercise programme, working with key stakeholders to provide data and analysis to inform the business continuity planning process and ensuring adequate business continuity plans for teaching and learning spaces were in place to enable the continuation of core business in case of a serious incident
