Andy Erdmann is an M&A and private equity lawyer with Choate, Hall & Stewart LLP. His practice focuses on representing clients in all aspects of merger and acquisition and private equity transactions, including purchases and sales of private businesses, public company mergers and tender offers, and formations and dispositions of joint ventures and other strategic alliances and investments.
