We have been there and done it on several occasions from within a banking organisation (not just consulting).We are a remote hiring company with bases in the UK, Hong Kong, Portugal and Dubai. The team is very experienced and made up of people we have worked with for many years and have experience working with financial service organisations, both corporate and start ups and they consist of ex CIOs, CTOs, CPOs, CISO's, Architecture Heads and Engineering Heads.Previous to Ikigai I was the CIO of Mox Bank, one of Hong Kong's most innovative and fastest growing virtual banks, transforming the customer experience and setting a blueprint for the growing global virtual banking market. Mox bank was part of Standard Chartered Group and this also comes with lots of experience building a Neo Bank inside a larger entity.I have a passion and experience in building high performing teams supported by strong business/technology partnerships.I know what good looks like for cloud-based, de-coupled architectures, optimising fintech, SaaS, and open source technologies.
