Founded and successfully launched two real estate funds which raised over $4M from over 50 investors to purchase 80+ investment properties in the Phoenix Arizona area. Currently the investments are managed full time by a local property management company, and my main role is to send lucrative dividend checks to investors and otherwise keep them happy!

Decide.com is a shopping service that helps consumers purchase with "no regrets." Utilizing proprietary data and predictive algorithms, Decide.com helps shoppers know what to buy and when to buy it. Andy is responsible for all aspects of finance, reporting, tax, hr, analytics and operations.

Joined Microsoft as part of the 2008 Farecast acquisition. Continued to lead Bing Travel's finance/operations/analytics roles for ~18 months until team moved to Bing's head office (in Bellevue) and transition was complete. Additionally was a senior finance lead supporting Bing's Strategic Partnership's group.

Lead Farecast's finance & operations from pre-launch through acquisition to Microsoft. Responsible for financial modeling, financial reporting, taxes, hr, analytics and operations. Co-lead the raise of equity and debt financing, the acquisition of a hotel meta-search company and ultimately the sale of Farecast to Microsoft in 2008 (to become Bing Travel).

First & Goal Inc is the company setup to construct and manage Qwest Field (now CenturyLink Field), and is a sister company to both the Seattle Seahawks and Vulcan, Inc. I held the senior most finance/administration role (reporting directly to the GM) since a year before the inaugural open of Qwest Field and managed all aspects of financial modeling, financial reporting, taxes, hr, insurance, etc.

Madrona venture-backed student travel site TripHub. Offline tour operations ISTours and ISTours Worldwide Corp sold in 2000 to USA Student Travel.
