Client facing position, addressing and assessing both tactical and strategic needs and requirements. Responsible for managing the Project Management Office through scope to execution. Network administration, qualifying new hardware purchases, updating software and hardware and all aspects of vendor management. Primary point of contact for all internal technical support. Day to day management of all administrative support systems

Interact with developers, system engineers, and testing teams to identify applications defects. Analyze application, system, and security errors. Escalate issues to developers and verified fixes. Configure test environment, design automated/manual tests and create strategies for product development.

Held multifaceted responsibilities to configure, install and administer network infrastructure and telecommunications systems that supported staff of 30 personnel. Established new IT policies, which defined acceptable use of IT assets within the company. Fulfilled administrative responsibilities including the addition and changes to user desktop, email and file server accounts. Installed and configured servers including RAID5 arrays in addition to facilitating backup and restoration.

Manage MySQL database administration assignments for diverse industry clients. Supervise development of SQL-queries/procedures for database and backend testing. Enhance database performance, perform restores, implement recovery procedures, handle performance tuning and conduct regular system backups. Ensure technical and functional designs meet business requirements

Implemented MS Access database to manage music preview system project. Developed functions, scripts and reports that were instrumental to the success of high-priority development projects.
